Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage assigned projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality specifications
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities
• Manage project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities
• Identify and mitigate project risks and implement corrective actions
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction project management
• PMP certification preferred
• Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and contract administration
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience working in Qatar or the GCC region is highly desirable

Senior Civil Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop civil engineering plans and specifications
• Review and approve construction documents, drawings, and technical specifications
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design and quality standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects and other engineering disciplines
• Resolve technical issues that arise during construction
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers
• Ensure adherence to relevant codes, standards, and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in civil engineering design and construction
• MMUP/UPDA certification (Grade A preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of international design codes and standards

Senior Electrical Engineer

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering design and construction

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate schedule updates
• Perform resource planning and optimization
• Support claims analysis and extension of time assessments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of construction methodologies and project management principles
• Excellent communication and reporting skills

Senior Architect

Responsibilities:

Senior Contract Admin / QS

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review contract documents, BOQs, and tender packages
• Evaluate contractor bids and prepare bid analysis reports
• Administer contracts and ensure compliance with terms and conditions
• Prepare and assess variation orders and claims
• Verify and certify progress payments
• Perform cost monitoring and forecasting
• Prepare final accounts and project close-out documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in contract administration and quantity surveying
• RICS or equivalent professional qualification preferred
• In-depth knowledge of contract forms (FIDIC, etc.) and construction law
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
